Our journey has been supported by Jersey Dairy, a farmer-owned cooperative with a proud history spanning 250 years. Their pure-bred Jersey cows, with lineage tracing back to 1763, are celebrated for producing milk known worldwide for its superior quality and luxurious texture—a cornerstone of Jersey’s agricultural legacy. From the very beginning, the encouragement and expertise of the dairy have been invaluable in the development of our exceptional artisanal spirits.

Sam Pierce, the visionary behind Jersey’s only Dairy Vodka and Dairy Gin, set out to craft something truly special—a spirit that celebrates his island roots and the rich flavour of Jersey’s world-renowned dairy. Known locally as The Jersey Mixologist, Sam brings a mix of passion, creativity, and deep expertise to every bottle. With years spent perfecting his craft in Jersey’s top cocktail lounges, he has an eye for bold flavours and a knack for innovation. Sam shares his philosophy, saying, “I’m passionate about marrying tradition with innovation. By infusing our spirits with the richness of Jersey dairy, we’re creating a new category of flavours that honours our heritage while inviting adventurous tastes.” This commitment has resulted in a unique blend of tradition and daring originality, bottled for those who enjoy a taste of the island’s finest.

Meet our farmer.

Becky Barnes-Barrington, known as Jersey Cowgirl, is a fourth-generation farmer who proudly runs her family’s pedigree Jersey dairy farm in the beautiful countryside of Jersey. Since partnering with us in late 2024, she’s been thrilled to see her farm’s produce celebrated in such an innovative way, adding, “I love that our Jersey dairy has found its way into something so special—now our farm’s dairy can be part of life’s celebrations. There’s a bit of the farm’s warmth and richness in every sip.” Becky’s love for both the craft and taste of our spirits makes her the perfect partner, and we’re truly delighted to have her on board to help us share the rich story of our brand and the incredible journey from pasture to pour.
