A taste of island heritage, distilled to perfection.

On the island of Jersey, where pastures meet the coastal breeze just minutes from the shore, lies a story that embodies the island’s history, craftsmanship, and innovation. Here, dairy farming is more than a livelihood—it’s a cherished tradition, honed and handed down over generations. Jersey, the southernmost of the Channel Islands, provides the ideal climate for nurturing the island’s renowned Jersey cows. For over 250 years, these cows have been celebrated for producing milk that’s known for its superior quality and luxurious texture, a cornerstone of Jersey’s agricultural legacy and now, the foundation of an exceptional artisanal spirit.

The Jersey Cow Distillery is a spirit company that dares to blend tradition with innovation. With a healthy dose of island pride, we infuse our craft with the creativity of local mixologist and distiller, Sam Pierce. Raised on the island, Sam honed his skills in Jersey’s most loved cocktail lounges, where he developed a passion for bold, innovative flavours. His deep knowledge of spirits, along with being raised on Jersey milk, led him to a daring idea: to capture the essence of our dairy in a spirit, using its world-renowned milk as the heart of our premium spirits.

At the heart of The Jersey Cow Distillery lies a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and the unique terroir of the island. Jersey’s farming traditions date back centuries, and its dairy industry is famed for producing milk of unrivalled quality—rich, full-bodied, and packed with flavour. This same dedication to excellence is mirrored in our distillery, where we’ve perfected the delicate balance between the dairy’s luxurious texture and the clarity required of world-class spirits.

Just as our farmers have spent generations refining the practice of dairy farming, we’ve dedicated ourselves to mastering the craft of distillation. Each bottle of our vodka and gin is a tribute to Jersey’s rich heritage and the island’s boundless potential, creating spirits that are both distinctive and superior in taste and quality. Cheers to that!
